Had every window in our house, the front door, and the back patio doors replaced. NGRW came with a large crew and knocked out the entire project in about 9 hours. I was expecting a 2 day job but they got it done in one! Can’t say enough good things about our experience from start to finish.

Over the past 5 years, North Georgia Windows have replaced all of our windows and all of our exterior doors including the front door. We recently had 15 Infinity by ****** windows, two Provia French Doors, and two Provia entry doors installed by North Georgia Replacement Windows (NGRW). The **** team was fantastic from start to ********* started with our design consultant **** *****. He was very pleasant to work with, having a great sense of humor. He was not a high-pressure salesperson but rather took the time needed to answer our questions. He was open and honest about the costs, advantages and disadvantages of products, and the installation process.But the great service didnt stop there. On the day of installation, a team led by **** and *** came to the house (on time). It took most of the day to install the windows and doors, but the installation team did so quickly and efficiently. When they left the work site/house was clean. Then, on the following Monday, the painters ******** and ********* arrived to touch up the trim. When I noticed a small flaw in one of the screens, NGWR immediately scheduled **** to come to the house where he replaced the damaged screen. Everyone involved with the installation process did an excellent job quickly and without leaving any mess behind. Furthermore, the office staff handled our requests quickly and made sure we knew to call back with any other questions or *********** terms of the products installed, we think that the doors and windows are of high quality and worth the cost. They are well constructed, operate easily, and look nice. All around we are very pleased with the excellent service and products we purchased from ****. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

I went through many quotes from different window companies before choosing NGA Replacement Windows. Most only offered vinyl in varying levels of quality and price, but all felt cheap. While the price was higher than vinyl, the windows look and feel just like the wood ones I used to have—only with far better quality. I had 37 windows replaced, including several large picture windows, and the team completed the installation in just one day. Not only were we able to get a premium product, but the process was so easy. The crew arrived on time and replaced our old glass block window with a new frosted glass. When they were done you couldn’t tell they had been here. Everything was cleaned up and spotless. Jimmy and his crew were great.

We had windows installed in May and last Friday. I am very pleased with the quality of the windows. I chose NGRW bc I wanted a high quality product that will last. Our home was built in 1993. In 2003, the previous original owners anticipating they would move in 3-5 years installed Home Depot vinyl windows. We moved into the home in 2007. And from the start the windows were hard to open and within 2 years the glass coating was developing that fog between the glass. So those vinyl windows didn’t make it past 6 years before they had problems. We finally replaced our siding (shout out to Fowler Exteriors) and windows with NGRW and the windows are gorgeous. They open easily. Easy to clean as we opted for grids between the glass. We purchased double hung windows with grids to match our traditional home (not outdated but classic).

Jimmy the Project Manager and his crew did an excellent job installing our windows. They were happy and polite. They cleaned up thoroughly, and our windows were left sparkling and clear.

Our first crew and pm was great, too. The PM stayed late to make sure I was satisfied with the interior caulking.

I love the beauty of our new windows and the ease of working with NGRW and their great people.

We had to call back once for the May installation (not this one) because I noticed the trim was not mitered square at a corner on one window. It was fixed and we are satisfied with how it was easy to call and get service done on these details. Everyone is kind and patient. They strive to make customers happy.

The sales pitch and salesman from North Georgia Replacement Windows were very good, short, courteous, informative and to the point. The Andersen window people have a high pressure scripted sales pitch that is aggravating, time consuming and basically degrading to the potential customer.

Installation of the window units by the North GA crew as extremely fast, professional and efficient. The crew and project manager did an amazing job in a very professional manner in a fraction of the time they alotted for the job. They arrived on time, were courteous, covered the furniture, got to business and were gone.

From Davis at the initial consultation and estimate stage, to Nick running the install, this team was top notch. Yes they will cost more than other window companies, but their superior product and customer service are above and beyond the competition. NGRW replaced wood windows in our house with18 fiberglass windows, 1 French door, and 1 front door. From the initial consultation, installation and follow up, the entire process was excellent. I would highly recommend NGRW for anyone needing replacement windows and doors.
