Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We're looking for a hands-on, purpose-driven CFO to help lead our next phase of growth. This isn't a back-office finance role—we need a CFO who can build systems, lead teams, and drive profitability while modeling servant leadership. If you've worked in industries with long project timelines like construction or remodeling—and you're passionate about faith-driven leadership, we would love to connect with you on this position.
Brand Ambassador
This position is responsible for capturing qualified leads in trade shows, events, and more, all while ensuring company standards and big-box standards are being upheld. Communication with the Lead Brand Ambassador is essential to the success of this position.
Project Manager
This position ensures that the daily functions and procedures of project management run smoothly and efficiently. Responsible for managing customer jobs, working with subcontractors, and ensuring NGRW Installation standards and guidelines are adhered to. This position maintains strong communication relations between office personnel, subcontractors, customers, and vendors.
Sales Consultant
The Outside Sales Consultant is responsible for interaction with prospective customers to assess their needs, present available company products and services that will meet those needs, and convert a high percentage of those presentations into sales. Sales experience is preferred but not required. Applicant needs to be detailed, technical, and possess strong customer service skills.
